Here is the Schedule cooked up for 2014.
We paid careful attention to the mass of feedback we received last year and tried to simply make things a little bigger, a little better and a little more stuff and with salad and the likelihood of puddings!
All timings were merely for guidance and subject to alteration until after they actually happen!
We had a fun filled few days planned out and some great opportunity to learn great new songs, meet new folks and celebrate life through the medium of song, ale and good company.

Friday 2014
The clan gathers again to hail each other heartily and sup ale and munch pies / pasties or other suitable substantial (and quickly served!) sustenance whilst experiencing The Crofton Beam Engines, part of Wiltshire’s industrial heritage and the oldest working steam engines in the world. Singing in the pub on return is encouraged but only for a bit until we all need to get our much needed beauty sleep. To see the details of the day's schedule click here. |
Saturday 2014
No doubt there will a bit of a slow start as aching bones are hauled from camp beds to gird their loins for a full day of singing Workshops. During the day, you’ll be able to take advantage of a new feature for this year’s Blokefest – Big Australian Mike’s Old Day Running Barbie. Mike will be keeping a large Barbie stoked with wood over the weekend so that you can come and chuck your own shrimp/burger/steak/veg on it at breakfast, lunch or any other time. Breakfast baps available in the pub if pre-ordered. Singing workshops in the Blokefest Big Top Full details of the day's exciting schedule can be seend if you click here. |
Sunday 2014
In anticipation of an even slower start Sunday's gathering will be a half hour later but then the pace picks up with a fourth Singing Workshop before soem of us go for a short (two hour) hike and return to the Bruce Arms pub for a special Father's Day lunch. Who knows, we might even have a second "Tonsorial Titan Challenge", ie best face fuzz competition, and a bit of singing as we are reunited with family and friends who want to come along and see and hear what we have been getting up to all weekend. The comple timetable can be seen by clicking here. |
