Pre-Ordering Souvenirs & Food
In an effort to be super-humanly organized this year we are trying arrange some fantastic souvenirs and also pre-order food for several meal times. If you are registered to attend you will be asked to fill this out to help us. Full details are written up below, it's quite a long page, so read on.
Note: It may sound like over-stating the obvious, but any forms that are completed that include an expression of intent to have a souvenir will be treated as a firm commitment to purchase any items. Once numbers are collated for the souvenirs an order will be placed with the suppliers and people will be expected to pay for the items when they register on the Friday night or Saturday morning. The prices of the souvenirs are for guidance only, and are the maximum prices people will be asked to pay, the price is likely to go down, but is heavily dependent on numbers.
The sooner people commit the better as we have to place firm orders in a limited time frame - any dilly dallying around will lead to disappointment of not being able to get what you would like.

Inscribed with our logo and tagline this will be priced at no more than £4 per item (it's just dependent on final numbers and is very good value compared most of the other examples we could find advertised on the Internet). A fine instrument for the supping of ale. BlokeFest T-Shirt
Inscribed with our logo that catches the eye from afar and lures the observer in, upon which they spy some additional text that prompts them to advance further to read the intentionally tiny text, thus bringing them still closer to the wearer - hopefully a good thing! Priced at no more than £10 (again dependent on numbers pre-ordered) this will make a superb souvenir and also save you having to bring an extra T-Shirt. The small print says "Stuff includes: Driving, Arriving, Greeting, Smiling, Drinking, Coach riding, Pizza Eating, Drinking, Laughing, Singing, Camping, Snoring, Eating Pies, Singing, Learning, Hog/Veg Roasting, Showing off, Singing, Tug-o-Waring, Drinking, Hiking, Singing, Hiking, Singing, Departing, Driving, Smiling for the rest of the year, till next time...!" |

About the Friday night Pizzas

"Our 12” organic sourdough pizzas are lovingly prepared fresh for you in our wood fired oven with organic and local ingredients where possible. All pizzas come with Vélo homemade tomato sauce and cheese. Because we cook everything fresh for you, there may be a delay in busy periods. We will do our best to give you an idea of how long it will be before you get your pizza.
Gloucestershire Hawaiian - Local Kassler Ham, chorizo & Pineapple
Gangnam Style! Updated & still over the top - Chorizo, Local smoked Ham,Mushroom, Roasted Peppers, Jalapeño chillis, Pineapple, Onion
I like it hot - Local Ham, Jalapeño chillis, Raw chillis
Mediterranean - Anchovy, Olive, Red onion, Roasted red pepper & Capers
Deluxe - Chorizo, Local Ham & Anchovy
Deluxe Veggie (v) - Roasted red pepper, Double Black Olives, Mushroom, Capers
Amy’s Favourite (v) - Vegetarian Chorizo, Jalapeño chillis & Black olives
Quattro Fromaggi (v) – Mozzarella, Cheddar, Gorganzola, Pecorino

This week’s ham is from Nailsworth. Chorizo from The Cotswold Curer. Our cheeses are from Hania Cheeses."

About the Sunday Late Father's Day Lunch at the Daneway Inn
We plan to be at The Daneway Inn at the other end of the Sapperton Tunnel for 14:00 for a sing, some food and drink and a bit more of a sing. Your friends and families are very welcome and actively encouraged to be there but please bear in mind that it is a small pub, with a small kitchen and we have to be careful not to swamp them. If your associates are coming then we suggest they get there in good time before 14:00 and order their food.
We have arranged some options that will need to be pre-ordered, which are:
Three “6x” sausages on a creamy mash with roast onion gravy
Ham with free range eggs with chips and salad garnish
Broccoli & cheese bake topped with sauté potatoes served with salad garnish & garlic bread (V)
Vegetable curry - sweet potato, chickpea and spinach, served with rice and mixed leaves (V)
Ploughman's
Cheddar (V), Stilton (V) or Ham (not V) all served with granary bread, pickles and salad
