and Announcing . . .
From the very beginning of BlokeFest the Cabaret has been an undoubted highlight with a tremendous range of talent (some of it actually quite good!) and huge variety of material - possibly a little too much at times, with people bubbling over with spontaneous enthusiasm and "have-a-go" spirit.
This year the format is being re-jigged back to the formula of previous years with a home grown entertainment from the visiting Choirs and assorted Blokes.

The emphasis will be more on groups of singers rather than individuals and duos and be a bit more organised in advance.
Those attending in sufficient numbers from a particular group of singers will be encouraged to perform two or more pieces from their repertoire and The CyberSingers will also be part of the proceedings.
But don't worry if you have already been beavering away for months or minutes to prepare a piece or two, you may still get your chance after all but will find out at the event if you can be squeezed in - email info@blokefest.net to let us know if you are interested in performing.
And if you don't make on during the Cabaret itself there will be plenty of opportunity to give a rendition of your Magnus Opus in the bar.
;-)
Thanks
The BlokeFest Inner Circle
